How it works
How your articles get made, and who checks them before you do
We use AI to write your articles. Before you see one, its sources are checked, it gets a separate review, and a person on our team reads it. Nothing is published until you approve it.
- 6stages, from plan to approval
- 2rounds of changes on every article
What Google says about content written with AI
Google's published position is that it rewards helpful, reliable content however it is produced.
Its guidance (Google Search Central, "Using generative AI content"(opens in a new tab), updated December 2025) says to "focus on accuracy, quality, and relevance". It warns that using AI to "generate many pages without adding value for users" may break its spam policy. It also says sharing how content was created helps readers.
So the useful question about any article is who checked it. We use AI to write yours. What matters is what is on the page, not who typed it. Every draft goes through the checks below, and nothing is published until you approve it.
What happens to every article, in six stages
We use several AI agents, each focused on one job, and they check each other's work. We spent the past 12 months building and testing this process.
We use AI to write your articles. These are the checks between the draft and you.
- 01
We plan ahead.
We study what people are searching for in your field, and plan your topics weeks in advance.
- 02
We research before we write.
Sources are found and checked first. Then the draft is written in your company's voice.
- 03
We check the sources were used correctly.
What the article says is compared against what the source says.
- 04
We review from the outside.
A fresh review, separate from the team that wrote the draft.
- 05
A human checks it.
Our operator reads it before it reaches you.
- 06
You approve it.
You read it, ask for changes (up to two rounds), and approve.
No step approves its own work.
What is behind every article
It is all done before anything is published.
- The topic plan
- The sources
- The source check
- The outside review
- The operator's read
- Your approval
Getting started takes two weeks.
Setup happens on our site, guided by our own AI assistant. It helps you build your company profile: the set of instructions our whole process follows for you.
You tell us about your company.
We ask for your website address and, in your own words, what you do, who your customers are and what you want to write about. You also send things your company has already written, like articles, emails and newsletters. We build your voice from those real examples.
The assistant asks what is still missing.
The topics you want to own, what to avoid, how your images should look. Then it shows you your company profile.
You correct the profile and approve it.
Our team reviews it too. Nothing is used until you approve it. Then the first articles arrive. You can update the profile once a month, and send factual corrections any time.
When you do not like an article
You ask for changes, up to two rounds on every article. Your feedback is acted on in that article and in every article after it, so the work improves over time.
Articles wait in your dashboard for the one person who approves. If approval is late we remind you and keep writing, and the finished articles stay available. The articles are yours. We claim no rights over them.
We do not promise perfect articles. You read and approve every one.
How we measure whether it is working
- In Google.Your real positions, how often your pages were shown, and clicks, from your own Search Console, Google's own report of how your site performs.
- In AI assistants. Each month we check which brands ChatGPT, Gemini and others name for the questions your buyers ask, and whether you are one of them.Read how the monthly assistant check works.
- When results change. When the search results for your topic move, we see it and know which part of the article to update.
Questions about how it works
Does Google punish AI content?
Google's published position is that it rewards helpful, reliable content however it is produced. Its guidance warns that using AI to "generate many pages without adding value for users" may break its spam policy. Sourced, reviewed, useful articles, with the use of AI disclosed, are what it asks for, and what we make.
Can Google detect AI-generated content?
We do not hide that AI writes our articles, so detection is not something we work around. We do not claim our articles are "undetectable" or "human-written". Google's published position is that it rewards helpful, reliable content however it is produced, and its guidance says sharing how content was created helps readers.
What if we don't like an article?
You ask for changes, up to two rounds on every article, and nothing is published until you approve it. Your feedback is acted on in every article after that one. It updates how we write for you, so the same problem should not come back.
What do you need from us?
One person who approves articles, read access to your Google Search Console and your social page insights, and about an hour for the guided questions at the start. The read access is there so the tracking uses real numbers from your own accounts.
Can you guarantee page one?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or being cited by AI assistants. Nobody honestly can. What we guarantee is the work, the tracking, and reporting that tells you when something is not working. The reporting uses real numbers from your own Google Search Console.
